This year's event is sponsored for London local authorities by TfL London Streets, this means that each London authority and Transport for London can send three delegates at no cost. Of course if you want to send more , you can, but additional delegates, non public sector delegates and out of London authorities will be charged at last year's rate of £150.

This year's event has proved to be even more popular than in previous years. We have been fully booked for a couple of weeks now and have had to turn down bookings.
